Aiming for Your Goals
Are you competing in a Figure or Fitness competition and want to look your best? Do you have an exotic vacation planned and you want to look amazing in your bathing suite? Do you look up to a certain person and want to look just like them? These types of goals are focused on all year round, and can provide a hunger of motivation to achieve those goals. The key is to always have such a goal, because you don’t want to go back to your old ways once you have reached that certain goal.
There are a lot of people that stick to the same workout routine over and over again, and this is due to the fact that once they’ve reached their goal, they do not have another one to aim for. Always have something to work towards to, switch it up a bit, and every time you reach a goal, create a new one. You will not only be amazed at the amount of motivation it will create for you, but you will surprise yourself at how much you can accomplish and maybe never thought would be possible before.
